56m Ketch
Overview
The latest development in Dubois’ ground-breaking centreboard designs is this 56.4-metre flybridge ketch for an existing owner.
Large hull windows, a midships owner’s suite and an exhaustively equipped galley - not to mention a 103-inch TV!, are among the signature features of her interior. The new ketch will have an aft-deck spa pool, two large tenders stowed below the foredeck and a swing lift centreboard enabling the yacht to access shallow lagoons and waterways, only drawing 4m.
The cockpit is protected by sliding glass side screens and curved glass doors, and a swimming platform unfolds from the starboard topsides.
Reymond Langton, working closely with the owners, have created the innovative interior style and detailing. The yacht is under construction at Alloy Yachts, New Zealand, who began cutting plate in July 2011.
Completion October 2013.
