Overview

Construction is progressing well at Fitzroy Yachts on this 50m, high-performance sloop and she is now over half-way to completion.  Draft has been increased and ballast reduced in countering the extra weight and height above decks, while the flybridge has in turn allowed for a larger deck saloon.  Refinements to the rig are focused on the single blade jib, with the mast height maximised at 205ft for the Panama Canal.
