Timoneer, a 44.8 m. (146.8’) cruising ketch, was commissioned by a highly experienced owner. She was launched in February 2001 from Vitters Shipyard, Holland.
Timoneer's design combines a well-developed hull form and keel design and an efficient rig with a high level of interior volume and comfort throughout.
The covered cockpit, which leads forward to the pilothouse, is probably the most well used and enjoyed area of the yacht with its fully retractable windows and near panoramic views.
John Munford Design was responsible for Timoneer’s interior styling and the beautifully paneling in American cherry gives a feeling of warmth and elegance.
The Owner and guest accommodation aft is reached through a foyer. There are twin guest cabins port and starboard, a third guest cabin on the starboard side and a study on the port side. The Owner's suite includes two bathrooms.
Timoneer’s is undoubtedly a yacht designed and built for experienced cruising clients. She has all the comforts and practicalities of a home from home at sea.
