Beagle V was the second boat commissioned by her owner - the first being just over 70' long and also built by Pendennis Shipyard, Falmouth UK. Launched in 1993 "Little Beagle" was designed to be particularly strong and weatherly and enable the owner to feel safe in the higher latitudes of the deep South.

Beagle V, launched by Pendennis Shipyard in 2001 was again intended to be supremely seaworthy while at the same time offering as much performance as possible.

Within that concept, however, Beagle V had to be comfortable with a classical interior, sound proofed as efficiently as the industry now knows how and with good storage space for long distance and deep water cruising.

Very well built by Pendennis, we think that Beagle V meets the design criteria admirably and is one of our favourite yachts within this size range.
