The design from Dubois Naval Architects was for a high performance aluminium sloop with spacious interiors and extensive accommodation. This is complemented with a Redman Whiteley Dixon designed interior which includes a large saloon and formal dining area for up to 10 guests. The timberwork throughout the yacht is in walnut and wenge.

Accommodation onboard Kokomo includes an owner's suite and four guest suites. The owner's suite spans the full beam of the yacht, making for a very spacious arrangement. All guest suites have expansive portholes, electric blinds, climate control, mood lighting and music systems. Forward, the crew's quarters contain five cabins all with en-suite facilities for up to 10 crew. The comprehensive flybridge is accessed from the aft cockpit.
