Red Dragon II
51.7m Sloop
Overview
Red Dragon was designed for the owners of a smaller 43 metre Dubois sloop, launched in 2001.
This happy experience led them to commission us to design a larger, flybridge yacht.
The hull is a sister to the successful 52 metre Kokomo, built and launched by Alloy Yachts in December 2007. However, the layout has significant differences and the superstructure design is an alternative development of that theme.
The design concept benefits from the now uniquely extensive experience that we have with yachts of this size. They include Salperton, Tiara and Squall and the pedigree is well established - in terms of ocean going sailing ability and sea worthiness, and also in terms of layout for cruising comfort and convenience in any part of the World.
We believe Red Dragon will be successful both for her pedigree and for her unique, detailed ingredients.
